KESAN ZIKIR PADA OTAK DAN KESIHATAN KITA

Otak hanyalah aktiviti-aktiviti bio-elektrik yang melibatkan sekumpulan saraf yang dipertanggungjawabk an untuk melakukan tugas-tugas tertentu bagi membolehkan ia berfungsi dengan sempurna. Setiap hari 14 juta saraf yang membentuk otak ini berinteraksi dengan 16 juta saraf tubuh yang lain. Semua aktiviti yang kita lakukan dan kefahaman atau ilmu yang kita peroleh adalah natijah daripada aliran interaksi bio-elektrik yang tidak terbatas.

Oleh itu, apabila seorang itu berzikir dengan mengulangi kalimat-kalimat Allah, seperti Subhanallah, beberapa kawasan otak yang terlibat menjadi aktif. Ini menyebabkan berlakunya satu aliran bio-elektrik di kawasan-kawasan saraf otak tersebut. Apabila zikir disebut berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf ini menjadi bertambah aktif dan turut menambah tenaga bio-elektrik. Lama-kelamaan kumpulan saraf yang sangat aktif ini mempengaruhi kumpulan saraf yang lain untuk turut sama aktif. Dengan itu, otak menjadi aktif secara keseluruhan. Otak mula memahami perkara baru, melihat dari sudut perspektif berbeza dan semakin kreatif dan kritis, sedang sebelum berzikir otak tidak begini. Otak yang segar dan cergas secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi hati untuk melakukan kebaikan dan menerima kebenaran.

Hasil kajian makmal yang dilakukan terhadap subjek ini dimuatkan dalam majalah Scientific American, keluaran Disember 1993. satu kajian yang dilakukan di Universiti Washington dan ujian ini dilakukan melalui ujian imbasan PET yang mengukur kadar aktiviti otak manusia secara tidak sedar. Dalam kajian ini, sukarelawan diberikan satu senarai perkataan benda. Mereka dikehendaki membaca setiap perkataan tersebut satu persatu dan mengaitkan perkataan-perkataan dengan kata kerja yang berkaitan. Apabila sukarelawan melakukan tugas mereka, beberapa bahagian berbeza otak mempamerkan peningkatan aktiviti saraf, termasuk di bahagian depan otak dan korteks.

Menariknya, apabila sukarelawan ini mengulangi senarai perkataan yang sama berulang-ulang kali, aktiviti saraf otak merebak pada kawasan lain dan mengaktifkan kawasan saraf lain. Apabila senarai perkataan baru diberikan kepada mereka, aktiviti saraf kembali meningkat di kawasan pertama. Ini sekali gus membuktikan secara saintifik bahawa perkataan yang diulang-ulang seperti perbuatan berzikir, terbukti meningkatkan kecergasan otak dan menambah kemampuannya.

Oleh itu, saudara-saudara ku seIslam, ketika saintis Barat baru menemui mukjizat ini, kita umat terpilih ini telah lama mengamalkannya dan menerima manfaatnya. Malang bagi mereka yang masih memandang enteng kepentingan berzikir dan mengabaikannya.

Water or Coke?

WATER

COKE

#1. In many states the highway patrol carries
two gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from
the highway after a car accident

#2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of Coke
and it will be gone in two days.

#3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the
toilet bowl and let the 'real thing' sit for one hour,
then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes
stains from vitreous China .


#4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers:
Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds
Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.


#5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour
a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble
away the corrosion.


#6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Apply a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola
to the rusted bolt for several minutes.


#7. To bake a moist beef: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into
the baking pan, wrap the beef in aluminum foil, and bake.
Thirty minutes before beef is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix
with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.


#8... To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of Coke
into the load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run
through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen
grease stains. It will also clean road haze from your
windshield.

#1. the active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid.
It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric
acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major
contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.
#2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (the concentrate) the
commercial trucks must use a hazardous Material place
cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.

#3. The distributors of Coke have been using it to clean
engines of the trucks for about 20 years!

"What happened to you?" This was usually the first reaction I encountered when my former classmates, friends and co-pastors saw me after having embraced Islam. I suppose I couldn't blame them, I was a highly unlikely the person to change religions. Formerly, I was a professor, pastor, church planter and missionary. If anyone was a radical fundamentalist it was I.

I had just graduated with my Master's Degree of Divinity from an elite seminary five months before. It was after that time I met a lady who had worked in Saudi Arabia and had embraced Islam. Of course, I asked her about the treatment of women in Islam. I was shocked at her answer, it wasn't what I expected, so I proceeded to ask other questions relating to God and Muhammad [may the blessing and mercy of God be upon him]. She informed me that she would take me to the Islamic Center where they would be better able to answer my questions.

Being prayed up, meaning-asking Jesus for protection against demon spirits, seeing that what we had been taught about Islam is that it is Demonic and Satanic religion. Having taught Evangelism, I was quite shocked at their approach, it was direct and straightforward. No intimidation, no harassment, no psychological manipulation, no subliminal influence! None of this, "Let's have a Quranic study in your house," like a counter part of the Bible study. I couldn’t believe it! They gave me some books and told me if I had some questions they were available to answer them in the office. That night I read all of the books they gave. It was the first time I had ever read a book about Islam written by a Muslim, we had studied and read books about Islam only written by Christians. The next day I spent three hours at the office asking questions. This went on everyday for a week, by which time I had read twelve books and knew why Muslims are the hardest people in the world to convert to Christianity. Why? Because there is nothing to offer them!! (In Islam) There is a relationship with God, forgiveness of sins, salvation and promise of Eternal Life.

Naturally, my first question centered on the deity of God. Who is this God that the Muslims worship? We had been taught as Christians that this is another god, a false god, when, in fact, He is the Omniscient-All Knowing, Omnipotent-All Powerful, and Omnipresent-All Present God - The One and Only without co-partners or co-equal. It is interesting to note that there were bishops during the first three hundred years of the Church that were teaching as the Muslim believes, that Jesus [may the blessing and mercy of God be upon him] was a prophet and teacher!! It was only after the conversion of Emperor Constantine that he was the one to call and introduce the doctrine of the Trinity. He, a convert to Christianity who knew nothing of this religion, introduced a paganistic concept that goes back to Babylonian times. Space, however, does not permit me to go into detail about the subject, but God willing, we will another time. Only, I must point out that the word TRINITY is not found in the Bible in any of its many translation nor is it found in the original Greek or Hebrew languages!

My other important question centered on Muhammad [may the blessing and mercy of God be upon him]. Who is this Muhammad? I found out that Muslims do not pray to him like the Christians pray to Jesus. He is not an intermediary and in fact it is forbidden to pray to him. We ask blessing upon him at the end of our prayer but likewise we ask blessings on Abraham. He is a Prophet and a Messenger, the final and last Prophet. In fact, until now, one thousand four hundred and eighteen years (1,418) later there has been no prophet after him. His message is for All Mankind, as opposed to the message of Jesus or Moses (peace be upon them both) which was sent to the Jews. "Hear O Israel" But the message is the same message of God. "The Lord Your God is One God and you shall have no other gods before Me." (Mark 12:29)

Because prayer was a very important part of my Christian life I was both interested and curious to know what the Muslims were praying. As Christians we were as ignorant on this aspect of Muslim belief as on the other aspects. We thought and were taught, that the Muslims were bowing down to the Kaaba (in Mecca), that that was there god and center point of this false deity. Again, I was shocked to learn that the manner of prayer is prescribed by God, Himself. The words of the prayer are one of praise and exaltation. The approach to prayer (ablution or washing) in cleanliness is under the direction of God. He is a Holy God and it is not for us to approach Him in an arbitrary manner, but only reasonable that He should tell us how we should approach Him.

At the end of that week after having spent eight (8) years of formal theological studies, I knew cognitively (head knowledge) that Islam was true. But I did not embrace Islam at that time because I did not believe it in my heart. I continued to pray, to read the Bible, to attend lectures at the Islamic Center. I was in earnest asking and seeking God's direction. It is not easy to change your religion. I did not want to loose my salvation if there was salvation to loose. I continued to be shocked and amazed at what I was learning because it was not what I was taught that Islam believed. In my Master's level, the professor I had was respected as an authority on Islam yet his teaching and that of Christianity in general is full of Misunderstanding. He and many Christians like him are sincere but they are sincerely wrong.

Two months later after having once again prayed seeking God's direction, I felt something drop into my being! I sat up, and it was the first time I was to use the name of God, and I said, "God, I believe you are the One and Only True God." There was peace that descended upon me and from that day four years ago until now I have never regretted embracing Islam. This decision did not come without trial. I was fired from my job as I was teaching in two Bible Colleges at that time, ostracized by my former classmates, professors and co-pastors, disowned by my husband's family, misunderstood by my adult children and made a suspicion by my own government. Without the faith that enables man to stand up to Satanic forces I would not have been able to withstand all of this. I am ever so grateful to God that I am a Muslim and may I live and die a Muslim.

"Truly, my prayer, my service of sacrifice, my life and my death are all for God the Cherisher of the Worlds. No partner has He, this I am commanded. And I am the first of those who bow to God in Islam." (Quran 6:162-163)

Elakkan:

- Minum coca cola, pepsi cola, minuman bergas

- Makan junk food,

- Segala jeruk kering seperti asam boi dan jeruk basah seperti jeruk

mangga dan ceremai.

- Makan makanan fast food seperti KFC, Mc Donald dan piza.

- Makan burger dan naget

- Makan jambu batu.

Suami pula dikehendaki meminum susu lembu tepung fullcream atau susu segar. Kalau merokok perlu berhentikan tabiaat ini.Tidak ketinggalan dari petikan akhbar hari ini, si isteri juga kena minum susu lembu sama ada dalam bentuk tepung fullcream atau susu segar.

Coca cola dan Pepsi Cola was invented by American Jews dengan satu objektif iaitu untuk merosakkan kesuburan manusia. Itulah sebabnya mereka begitu bersungguh-sungguh memasarkan produk ini diserata dunia.

Namun ironinya ialah dinegara mereka sendiri iaitu Israel, produk Coca Cola dan Pepsi Cola tidak ada dijual kerana sememangnya mereka ingin meramaikan bangsa Yahudi.

Namun apa yang penting sekali sebelum melaksanakan tip atau petua ini

ialah mendapat redha Allah.

JANGAN MARAH-MARAH

Rupa ketika marah lebih buruk daripada perlakuan haiwan

IMAM Syafie ada menegaskan: "Marah adalah satu di antara panah syaitan
yang mengandungi racun. Oleh itu hindarilah ia agar kamu dapat
menewaskan syaitan dan bala ten teranya."

Apabila marah dituruti, ia akan membakar kebaikan seperti api membakar
kayu dan tiada yang tertinggal kecuali debu. Bagi menghilangkan
perasaan marah ada beberapa panduan yang boleh diikuti, iaitu:

1. Perlu berasa malu dengan Allah atas segala tindakan kita. Allah
memerhatikan segala tindakan dan sikap biadab kita.

2. Apabila datang perasaan hendak marah, ingatlah kita ini hanya
manusia yang hina.

3. Banyakkan berdiam diri dan berdoa kepada Allah supaya Allah
selamatkan kita daripada sifat marah.

4. Hendaklah ingat kesan daripada sifat marah. Ia mungkin membawa
kepada permusuhan dan balas dendam daripada orang yang kita marahi.

5. Cuba bayangkan betapa buruknya rupa kita ketika marah. Ia lebih
buruk daripada perlakuan seekor haiwan apabila kita dalam keadaan
marah.

6. Apabila datang perasaan marah, banyakkan membaca isti'azah kerana
marah itu datang daripada syaitan.

7. Apabila marah sedang memuncak, ambillah wuduk kerana ia dapat
menenangkan api kemarahan yang sedang membara.

8. Jika marah tidak dapat hilang dengan melakukan perkara seperti di
atas, hendaklah tidur. Ini kerana ia dapat meredakan perasaan marah
apabila bangkit dari tidur nanti.

9. Tauhid kita perlu tepat. Setiap sesuatu itu datang daripada Allah
dan akan kembali kepada Allah. Kenapa kita perlu marah?

10. Apabila kita bersalah, kita tidak suka orang memarahi kita. Begitu
juga dengan orang lain yang melakukan kesilapan, tidak suka dimarahi,
sebalik ditegur secara baik.

11. Satu cara lagi, apabila marah datang, sedangkan kita berdiri,
duduklah. Apabila duduk, bersandarlah. Insya-Allah marah akan mula
reda.

Jangan Kamu Marah!

Hadith :
Daripada Abu Hurairah r.a bahawa seorang lelaki telah berkata kepada
nabi SAW yang maksudnya:" Berwasiatlah kepada ku." Sabda Rasulullah
SAW: "Jangan kamu marah." Maka lelaki itu mengulangi kata-katanya
berulang kali. Sabda Rasulullah SAW:" Jangan kamu marah.."(al-Bukhari)

Huraian
Hasan al-Basri pernah berkata: Empat perkara jika sesiapa memilikinya
maka Allah memeliharanya daripada syaitan dan mengharamkan ke atasnya
api neraka: (iaitu) Sesiapa yang mampu mengawal dirinya ketika dalam
keghairahan, ketakutan, syahwat dan kemarahan." Sesungguhnya kemarahan
akan mengumpulkan segala keburukan. Reaksi seorang yang sedang marah
dapat dilihat pada wajah dan anggota badannya seperti warna mukanya
bertukar merah, urat-urat lehernya menegang, tubuh badan seakan-akan
menggigil kerana geram, suara menjadi nyaring manakala lidah mula
mengeluarkan perkataan yang buruk sama ada mengutuk atau mengeji. Ada
kemungkinan patah-patah perkataan itu berupa penghinaan atau yang
seumpama dengannya yang haram diucapkan termasuklah menuduh orang lain
sebagai kafir dan lai-lain. Selain itu, seseorang itu juga akan
melakukan perbuatan yang di luar kawalannya sendiri seperti memukul,
menumbuk, menampar dan sebagainya. Semua ini berkemungkinan akan
mendorong kepada perbuatan yang menyakitkan orang lain yang akhirnya
mewujudkan permusuhan dan kebencian di antara satu sama lain. Justeru
walaupun sifat marah adalah sifat semula jadi manusia namun sebagai
seorang Muslim kita hendaklah berusaha untuk menjauhkan diri daripada
segala sebab yang menyebabkan kemarahan.

TEMPAT TINGGAL IBLIS

Anas bin Malik r.a. berkata:
"Iblis telah bertanya pada Allah: katanya, wahai Tuhanku! Engkau telah memberikan anak Adam tempat kediaman untuk mereka berteduh dan berzikir kepadaMu, oleh itu tunjukkanlah padaku tempat kediaman untukku." Firman Allah: "Tempat kediamanmu adalah di dalam tandas."

Iblis bertanya lagi: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau telah berikan anak Adam berkumpul di masjid, di manakah pula tempatku berkumpul?" Firman Allah: "Tempatmu berkumpul ialah di pasar-pasar, pesta, pusat membeli belah, kelab malam, tempat hiburan serta majlis-majlis maksiat."

Iblis bertanya: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau berikan anak Adam itu kitab (al-Quran) untuk mereka membacanya, tunjukkanlah apa pula bahan bacaanku?" Firman Allah: "Bacaan untukmu ialah syair dan sajak yang melalaikan."

Iblis bertanya: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau telah berikan kepada mereka cerita-cerita benar, apakah pula cerita bagiku?" Firman Allah: "Cerita bagimu ialah kata-kata kesat dan dusta."

Iblis bertanya: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau telah berikan azan kepada anak Adam untuk mereka memanggil orang sembahyang,apa pula azan untukku?" Firman Allah: "Azan untukmu ialah seruling."

Iblis bertanya: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau telah menghantar utusan-Mu dari para rasul dan juga nabi, siapakah yang menjadi utusanku?" Firman Allah: "Para utusan mu terdiri daripada bomoh, tabib dan dukun yang menduakan Aku."

Iblis Bertanya: "Wahai Tuhanku, Engkau berikan kitab suci al-Quran yang bertulis kepada mereka, apakah pula tulisan bagiku?" Firman Allah: "Tulisanmu ialah tatu, gincu serta lukisan di badan."

Iblis bertanya: "Ya Tuhanku, Engkau berikan anak Adam perangkap, apakah pula perangkap bagiku?" Firman Allah: "Perangkap bagimu ialah wanita."

Iblis bertanya: "Ya Tuhanku, Engkau berikan mereka minuman yang halal yang disebutkan nama-Mu, apakah pula minuman untukku?" Firman Allah: "Minumanmu ialah sesuatu yang memabukkan serta tidak disebutkan nama-Ku padanya."

Sabda Rasulullah saw: "Wahai manusia, laksanakanlah amalan-amalan menurut kemampuan kamu. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan bosan sebelum kamu merasa bosan. Sesungguhnya amalan yang paling disukai Allah ialah amalan yang ringan namun berterusan."
